Customer Order Fulfillment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily supply assurance for designated products and customer segments to ensure adherence to scheduled shipping dates, project deployments, and shipping plan commitments.

• Facilitate the resolution of supply, allocation, and distribution challenges by collaborating with key internal teams such as Supply Planning, Procurement, and Distribution.

• Operate within established order promising and allocation frameworks while providing data-driven recommendations for prioritization and trade-off decisions.

• Present executive-level summaries detailing supply status, delivery risks, customer impacts, and recovery strategies.

• Conduct analyses of revenue, risk, and opportunities related to firm demand, backlog, and quoted business to guide leadership decisions.

• Lead investigations into the root causes of service performance failures and propose corrective actions.

• Drive cross-functional execution results using data-driven insights without direct authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• Over 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, encompassing Supply Planning, Master Scheduling, Customer Order Promising, Supply Assurance, or Order Fulfillment.

• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and compliance with planning standards.

• Proficient application of advanced data analysis techniques using Excel to analyze large, complex datasets.

• Ability to create executive-ready presentations and written communications using PowerPoint.

• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-centric environments that require the management of multiple concurrent issues.

• Capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy and visibility, without direct management responsibilities.
