This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our SMB customers regarding their subscriptions, billing, and account inquiries. You will address their daily questions and ensure they receive the support they require.
• Oversee customer accounts and promptly resolve issues to enhance partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate intricate cases and facilitate seamless solutions that surpass customer expectations.
• Take ownership of the entire fulfillment process—efficiently manage orders, schedule deliveries and pickups, communicate progress, and foster customer confidence.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, account management, or customer support, preferably within the mobility or fleet sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to handle customer calls in a professional and responsible manner.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with speed and precision.
• Capable of handling high-volume tasks with structured discipline and reliability.
• A team-oriented approach with a robust sense of ownership.
• A problem solver with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Odoo is preferred).
• Basic understanding of logistics operations and delivery management.
