Customer Operations Launch Manager – 1 Year Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for customer operations, overseeing the simultaneous launch of multiple market-ready healthcare solutions and services projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives within customer operations to shape strategies, create tools, and implement programs that facilitate the rollout of top-tier solutions and services for customers.

• Guide the launch process from early access pilots to full commercial availability, ensuring optimal outcomes for the customer operations team, reducing customer time-to-value, and accelerating the company's revenue generation.

• Utilize expertise in SaaS new product introductions, project management capabilities, and business insight to foster effective cross-functional collaborations, influence organizational decisions, and adeptly manage ambiguity.

• Collaborate with product leaders and various cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in program management, project management, product management, consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or strategic planning within a SaaS environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Business, Management, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in project management or EHR systems.

• Experience working closely with Professional Services or Customer Support teams.

• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and decision-making.

• Capability to navigate conflicts and drive decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in planning for complex projects, ensuring all necessary tasks align with business needs while adhering to budgetary and deadline constraints.
