This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the main operational liaison for designated customers and distribution partners.
• Take ownership of the complete customer relationship throughout the Lead-to-Order process, which includes managing demand signals, executing orders, handling escalations, and overseeing account health.
• Collaborate closely with field sales, FAEs, and distribution partners.
• Foster customer intimacy by maintaining proactive communication with customer procurement and planning contacts, comprehending demand roadmaps, and anticipating customer requirements prior to formal requests.
• Offer proactive back-office assistance to the Sales and FAE teams for specific assigned accounts, including Design Registration evaluation, Pricing/Quote inquiries, and process documentation.
• Interact directly with end customers regarding orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design-related questions, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Handle escalation and exception requests related to customer orders and supply.
• Organize sample requests and support for new product introductions (NPI) among field sales, Product Marketing, and Operations.
• Work cross-functionally with Business Management, Business Operations, and Legal on contracts, special agreements, pricing, and compliance tasks.
• Generate sales reports, pipeline updates, and account summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and territory/business reviews by preparing data and insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer operations, inside sales, or sales operations, with proven expertise in managing customer issues from start to finish in a semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech context.
• Knowledge of high-touch technical sales and distribution frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
• Proactive, relationship-oriented, and exceptionally organized, with an emphasis on customer success.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and ERP tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, as well as the local language of the region where the assigned customer base is located.
