• Accountable for the daily execution and resolution of client order challenges within our warehouse and fulfillment operations team.
• Oversee the ticket queue throughout the day to ensure all outstanding issues are progressing, prioritized appropriately, and aligned with SLA compliance.
• Take ownership of the triage and resolution of all escalated customer concerns, including order discrepancies, mis-shipments, damages, shortages, and delivery exceptions.
• Serve as a practical resource and knowledge partner for the customer support team.
• Monitor and report on daily ticket volume, queue health, and the status of escalations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service within a fulfillment, distribution, or logistics setting.
• Proven experience in managing complex customer escalations and addressing high-priority issues with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
• Solid understanding of fulfillment processes including order management, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple open issues at once while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, WMS, or ERP platforms is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive demands.
