This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Serve as an advocate for restaurant owners, ensuring they retain control of their mobile applications and online presence.
β’ Guide and inform restaurant owners on optimal practices for their online ordering systems, supported by data and thorough SEO analysis conducted by our product team.
β’ Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our internal processes.
β’ Influence the design of the Owner platform by offering pertinent product feedback to our engineering team.
β’ Collaborate and partner effectively with various cross-functional teams.
β’ Proficient in managing multiple accounts, each at different stages of the onboarding process.
β’ Possess a growth mindset: a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
β’ Solutions-focused, capable of identifying challenges and taking appropriate action or ownership.
β’ Flourish in a fast-paced environment where change is the norm.
β’ Strong command of English, with proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 preferred).
β’ Previous experience in the restaurant industry for at least 1 year is a plus.
