Customer Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Customer, Director of Operations, Sales Manager, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to facilitate the onboarding of new projects.

• Oversee and manage the progress of new projects until completion in Smartsheet.

• Import customer and project information into AssetPlanner’s Service Request Support module.

• Input contract and budget information into AssetPlanner’s Contract Planning module.

• Develop and import inspection templates into AssetPlanner’s Maintenance Dispatcher module.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Report directly to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in account management or roles that involve customer interaction.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience and proven capability to learn new software applications.

• Ability to handle multiple projects while ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in solar construction and/or operations and maintenance is an advantage.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the creation of complex formulas for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.

• Self-driven and able to excel in a results-oriented environment.

• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time management and project management abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
