Customer Onboarding Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Guide customers through the onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live stages.

• Facilitate configuration workshops to gain insights into customer workflows and business requirements.

• Convert operational needs into scalable and reliable system configurations.

• Provide guidance to customers on platform best practices and implementation choices.

• Conduct organized training sessions that empower successful and autonomous platform usage.

• Ensure high-quality implementations prior to the go-live phase.

• Assist customers throughout the migration and hypercare processes.

• Work in close collaboration with Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Record decisions, configurations, and outstanding issues.

• Independently oversee smaller implementation projects from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles, preferably in SaaS or platform environments.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and customer engagement skills.

• Ability to comprehend operational workflows and translate them into scalable system solutions.

• Confidence in providing advice to customers and suggesting appropriate solutions.

• Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach to work.

• Comfortable working independently as well as cross-functionally.

• Proficiency in Spanish, English, and German, both written and spoken.

• Experience with migrations, Zendesk, or enterprise customer environments is advantageous.
