This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the onboarding journey for LATAM clients within the Indirect Channel, ensuring a consultative, strategic, and outcome-focused experience.
• Serve as the main client liaison during the onboarding process, fostering alignment, transparency, and engagement throughout the project.
• Collect requirements, map out processes, and comprehend clients' business needs.
• Lead kick-off meetings, operational alignments, and follow-ups on project status.
• Prepare documentation, schedules, action plans, and executive presentations.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, propose solutions, and ensure that agreed timelines are adhered to.
• Assist clients in implementing and integrating solutions, addressing technical and operational workflow inquiries.
• Grasp business rules and solution implementation standards, ensuring compliance with project scope and product definitions.
• Conduct system configurations and parameterizations as per the implementation process.
• Provide remote and/or in-person training for clients and internal teams.
• Encourage the adoption of solutions, enhancing engagement and value creation for the client.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
• Proficient in Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, project implementation, Customer Success, Services, Onboarding, or similar fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach and the ability to cultivate customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects at once.
