This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Execute marketing activities throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, retention, loyalty, churn prevention, and win-back programs.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance customer journeys across various channels, such as email, push notifications, in-app messaging, remarketing, and new emerging channels.
• Manage lifecycle campaigns from the initial hypothesis to execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Assist in the implementation of loyalty and personalization initiatives across diverse markets.
• Utilize customer data, segmentation, and behavioral insights to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Design and conduct A/B testing and experimentation programs aimed at enhancing lifecycle performance.
• Track and report on essential metrics, including activation, conversion, repeat bookings, retention, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Social, and Creative teams to execute customer-centric marketing initiatives.
• 2–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer value management (CVM), CRM, retention marketing, or growth marketing roles.
• Experience in high-growth digital, marketplace, subscription, or B2C environments.
• A robust data-driven approach with the capability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in navigating customer data and analytics platforms to uncover opportunities and performance trends.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as acquisition marketing, product, data, content, and creative.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A keen interest in AI, marketing automation, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work independently while upholding high standards of execution.
