This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create customer marketing materials, such as written case studies, executive narratives, testimonials, blog articles, and digital assets.

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify, document, develop, and obtain approval for compelling narratives that showcase measurable business impacts and transformations.

• Conduct interviews with customers and convert complex technical and business achievements into engaging, audience-centric stories.

• Ensure that all customer-facing materials adhere to Dataiku's standards for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance.

• Maintain a pipeline of customer stories that align with established content requirements and priorities.

• Facilitate the growth and activation of Dataiku's customer advocacy ecosystem.

• Recruit and coordinate customer advocates in collaboration with Customer Success, Account Teams, and Executive Sponsors.

• Organize customer participation in events, webinars, analyst engagements, media opportunities, product launches, and peer-to-peer activities.

• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for customer advocates throughout their engagement with Dataiku.

• Monitor advocacy activities and identify opportunities to enhance engagement over time.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales, PR, Analyst Relations, and Content teams to disseminate customer stories across campaigns, sales enablement, and communications.

• Discover opportunities to adapt and repurpose customer content for various audiences and stages of the customer journey.

• Act as a vital liaison among Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Corporate Communications, Field Marketing, and other stakeholders to synchronize customer marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Oversee the complete execution of customer marketing initiatives, which includes project planning, stakeholder communications, approvals, legal reviews, customer permissions, and publication workflows.

• Aid in identifying and prioritizing customer stories, advocates, and reference opportunities based on strategic business requirements.

• Keep accurate records of customer references, content assets, advocacy activities, and participation history within Champion and related systems, ensuring that materials are organized, discoverable, and accessible.

• Assist in program reporting, measurement, and performance tracking to enhance customer marketing and advocacy efforts.

• Stay updated on best practices in customer marketing, advocacy trends, content formats, and emerging technologies.

• Investigate and utilize AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance content development, customer research, program management, and operational efficiency.

• Offer suggestions to improve customer storytelling and content formats that bolster Dataiku's market presence and customer community.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, advocacy, communications, public relations, or related B2B marketing roles.

• Proven experience in creating customer-facing content such as case studies, customer stories, videos, executive content, blogs, or thought leadership materials.

• Exceptional interviewing, writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a knack for transforming complex business and technical concepts into engaging narratives.

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects that involve multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Demonstrated capability to build trusted relationships with customers, executives, sales teams, and internal partners.

• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven experience in incorporating AI-powered tools into daily tasks, including content creation, research, marketing tools, or project management.

• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, AI, analytics, data, or technology companies (preferred).

• Familiarity with customer advocacy, reference management, or community platforms (preferred).
