This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize and implement expansion campaigns tailored for MSPs to enhance product adoption, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and foster long-term customer growth within our existing base.
• Develop and oversee email nurturing initiatives for MSP clients at various stages of their lifecycle.
• Spearhead MSP-exclusive projects such as webinars, campaigns, and value-oriented programs in partnership with Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to create and disseminate resources tailored for MSP sales and marketing, aimed at supporting customer growth.
• Work in conjunction with Account Management and Client Success teams to ensure marketing programs are aligned with the needs and lifecycle milestones of MSP customers.
• Assist in communications directed at MSP customers regarding product updates, programs, and essential initiatives.
• Collaborate with our RevOps team to implement campaigns via HubSpot and monitor performance, while identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
• Oversee multiple projects and timelines to guarantee accurate and prompt execution.
• Analyze program performance and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance engagement, adoption, and customer success.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with specific expertise in marketing to MSPs being essential.
• Practical experience utilizing HubSpot and Salesforce CRM for marketing and sales automation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing lifecycle or expansion-focused marketing strategies within an existing customer base.
• Strong copywriting abilities for emails, communications, and MSP-targeted enablement materials.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of MSP customer lifecycle dynamics and strategies to support adoption, growth, and retention.
• Team-oriented approach with experience collaborating across functions including Account Management, Customer Support, and other marketing teams.
• A data-driven approach with experience in assessing program performance and optimizing for better results.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the cybersecurity sector or related technology markets is considered a significant advantage.
