This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute customer marketing campaigns aimed at promoting growth and engagement within the current customer base.
• Manage our visibility on Gartner Peer Insights and G2 by developing and implementing review generation initiatives.
• Oversee the entire customer reference program, creating compelling case studies and testimonials.
• Establish and uphold a tracking system for all customer-related content and references.
• Organize and carry out customer events, including executive Customer Advisory Boards (CABs).
• Minimum of 3 years in customer marketing, customer success marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in executing review generation initiatives on platforms like Gartner Peer Insights and/or G2.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage customer reference programs and case study processes.
• Strong skills in project and program management.
• Proven experience in planning and executing customer events, particularly at the executive level.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and product marketing teams.
• Excellent writing skills, capable of crafting engaging customer stories from raw interview content.
• Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sectors.
• Background in developing or managing a customer content or reference tracking system.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar for tracking program progress.
