
Customer Marketing Manager – Adoption & Lifecycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and enhance the lifecycle strategy throughout onboarding and adoption, fostering timely value delivery, engagement, payment activation, and revenue growth.
• Design and refine multi-channel customer journeys (including email and in-app) utilizing behavioral data, segmentation, and ongoing testing.
• Create and integrate AI-driven systems and workflows to enhance targeting, execution, and large-scale decision-making.
• Convert customer behavior and lifecycle performance into actionable insights that promote adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Set up performance frameworks to evaluate impact, prioritize initiatives based on ROI, and continuously refine programs.
• Collaborate across functions to synchronize lifecycle strategy with product and go-to-market plans, influencing decisions through data analytics.
• Manage programs comprehensively and support customer-oriented initiatives that enhance product adoption, engagement, and education.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer, Lifecycle, or Product Marketing within the SaaS sector, demonstrating a successful history of managing lifecycle or product adoption initiatives end-to-end and achieving measurable outcomes in adoption, retention, payment activation, and revenue.
• Strong systems thinker with experience in creating scalable, repeatable lifecycle programs and incorporating AI and automation into workflows for segmentation, optimization, and decision-making.
• Practical expertise with email and in-app channels (e.g., Pendo), including segmentation, deliverability, user experience, and multi-channel journey optimization.
• Profound analytical abilities, with experience in developing performance frameworks, linking efforts to business results, and prioritizing initiatives based on ROI.
• Proficient with essential marketing and customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Gainsight, Pendo, etc.) and skilled at effectively leveraging data across various systems.
• Proven capability to work independently in ambiguous environments, managing strategy through execution with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Effective collaborator and communicator across functions, able to influence stakeholders, clearly present insights, and support customer-facing initiatives that enhance adoption and engagement.
