This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee customer engagement and communication initiatives across various channels, including organic and paid media, content, email, as well as virtual and in-person events.
• Work in collaboration with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams to pinpoint opportunities for leveraging and scaling initiatives within customer programs.
• Continuously assess, monitor, and enhance program strategies; utilize industry best practices while seeking opportunities to boost effectiveness and efficiency.
• Regularly present program performance and insights to key stakeholders.
• Proactively generate and suggest innovative approaches for engaging customer programs that promote sustainability.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance renewals, referrals, and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B or tech marketing, particularly in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management roles.
• Technical expertise in the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense.
• Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that foster customer engagement and advocacy.
• Strong copywriting skills are essential.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes is required.
