This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Promptly address customer inquiries through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.
• Deliver outstanding support and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and brand philosophy.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Collaborate with other teams to tackle complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of Blueprint Bryan Johnson's products, values, and mission to effectively engage with customers.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to aid in continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing timelines and tasks, ensuring all deadlines are achieved.
• Organize and manage creative files, ensuring they are readily accessible.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Capability to adapt in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.

• Over 1 year of experience in administration, project coordination, or a related field (marketing/creative experience is a plus).
• Previous customer service or related field experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Shipbob, Shopify, and Gorgias is advantageous.
