Customer Manager – Fixed Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Delivering exceptional commercial performance and fostering growth across assigned customer accounts

• Overseeing daily account operations

• Aiding in the fulfillment of sales targets and profitability objectives

• Working collaboratively across departments to ensure alignment with Clorox’s strategic goals

• Assisting in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and ensuring impeccable execution of sales fundamentals

• Establishing and nurturing strong professional relationships with customer contacts

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape and category management principles across all channels

• Proven leadership and influencing abilities

• Background in various sales roles, including retail exposure, account management, and sales planning

• Excellent presentation skills with the capacity to convey complex ideas while engaging and motivating your audience

• Strong financial understanding and analytical capabilities

• Proficient in computer skills including MS Office

• Minimum educational qualifications – university degree or equivalent professional experience
