Customer Integrations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Engage and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to thoroughly comprehend the integration needs of the customer.

• Configure system interfaces, manage iPaaS/ETL solutions, and tailor operational tools to enhance customer data ingestion and ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

• Develop analytics and data visualization tools in response to client inquiries and to aid in decision-making processes.

• Occasional travel (1-2 times per year) may be required to a U.S. warehouse site for large or complex customer launches.

• Participate in a continuous on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on technical experience with Celigo, Boomi, or a similar iPaaS.

• At least 1 year of hands-on technical experience integrating Shopify and/or Netsuite.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are currently unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
