This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a continuous flow of customer calls.
• Accurately gather and record information.
• Represent the Harper brand effectively.
• Identify and escalate edge cases.
• Input data into the system.
• Previous experience in high-volume phone or customer-facing positions.
• Excellent typing skills and ability to multitask.
• Professional and clear communication abilities.
• Dependable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability from Monday to Friday with coverage during ET and PT hours.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• Experience with CRM or call-center software (preferred).
• Health, dental, and vision insurance.
