• In the role of Customer Implementation & Success Specialist, you will serve as the main liaison for customers after the sale, facilitating a smooth onboarding and implementation process.
• You will collaborate with various teams, including customers, internal business leaders, and engineers, to effectively translate business requirements into actionable implementation steps.
• This position is critical, as you will manage the complete implementation process, from onboarding through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to final deployment.
• After implementation, you will lead initiatives to ensure customer success, helping clients fully embrace EasyBee AI’s solutions and derive ongoing value.
• Furthermore, you will work cross-functionally to develop messaging that stimulates demand.
• Experience in Implementation & Customer Success – You have a background in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software and have overseen customer-facing implementations.
• Project Management Skills – You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong Communication & Relationship Management – You can effectively translate technical concepts for business users and vice versa.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – You have experience partnering with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication between engineers and business stakeholders.
• Process-Driven Mindset – You are enthusiastic about developing scalable workflows and playbooks for onboarding and customer success.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and CRM Tools – Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or customer engagement platforms is a bonus.
