Customer Expert – Spanish, Portuguese, Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat platforms

• Address customer inquiries regarding products and services with professionalism

• Analyze customer issues to determine the underlying causes

• Efficiently resolve complaints and ensure timely follow-up until resolution

• Research customer cases utilizing internal tools and resources

• Keep accurate customer records and update CRM systems as necessary

• Elevate complex issues when required to guarantee customer satisfaction

• Provide a high level of customer service in all interactions

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented workplace culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient or native-level in Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian

• Good command of English communication skills

• Strong verbal and written communication competencies

• Exceptional active listening and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable with computers and basic technological tools

• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional demeanor

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Prior experience in customer support, troubleshooting, or customer service

• Background in contact centers, BPO, retail, hospitality, or support sectors

• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools
