This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and issues via telephone or email.
• Investigate and resolve problems and discrepancies, including those related to fraud support and internet operations.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of products, services, pricing, terms, fees, relevant regulations, systems, and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments within U.S. Bank.
• Address intricate customer or technology-related issues.
• Work designated shifts between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Central Time.
• Be available to work every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday, with a varying weekday off as compensation.
• Undergo training starting on September 14, 2026.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Generally, at least 18 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools.
• Demonstrated time management skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in positively engaging with dissatisfied customers.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, articulately, and courteously while maintaining a pleasant tone.
• Competent in using various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work assigned shifts between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Central Time.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts every other weekend.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety regulations.
• 10% pay incentive for standard full-time shifts starting after 12:30 PM local time.
