This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Assist customers through email, phone, and chat channels.
β’ Address pre-sales product inquiries.
β’ Offer support for order management and tracking.
β’ Clarify product features and their usability.
β’ Diagnose issues related to the app, frame, and WiFi.
β’ Aid in warranty support and returns processing.
β’ Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
β’ Proficient in French, Dutch, and English (both written and spoken).
β’ Over 1 year of experience in customer support (email, chat, or phone environment).
β’ Familiarity with Zendesk or comparable CRM platforms.
β’ Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of empathy.
β’ Technical proficiency (iOS / Android applications, troubleshooting connectivity issues).
β’ Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Able to quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and technologies.
β’ Willingness to work 2β5 weekends during busy periods.
