• Serve as the primary advocate and foundation for Novig's user experience

• Transform busy and chaotic situations into efficient support

• Manage live chats and emails utilizing Intercom

• Address urgent issues during peak NFL and NBA game times

• Ensure the platform operates effectively when every moment is crucial
