• Support French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
• Deliver quick and precise solutions in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Assist customers in resolving issues related to services or accounts
• Update and maintain information in internal databases
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Proficiency in French (C2 or higher) and English (at least B2)

• Monthly bonus of up to 10% based on performance
• 13th and 14th month salaries disbursed annually
• Legal supplements: Night hours (22:00–06:00): +25% on the base hourly rate
• Sundays and public holidays (if included in the schedule): +75% on the base hourly rate
• Relocation package: Airfare to Greece, two weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival, airport welcome service, real estate agency fees covered, assistance in finding comfortable and accessible housing
