This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
β’ Support French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
β’ Deliver quick and precise solutions in a friendly and compassionate manner
β’ Assist customers in resolving issues related to services or accounts
β’ Update and maintain information in internal databases
β’ Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
β’ Proficiency in French (C2 or higher) and English (at least B2)

β’ Assist customers in resolving issues related to services or accounts
β’ Update and maintain information in internal databases
β’ Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
β’ Monthly bonus of up to 10% based on performance
β’ 13th and 14th month salaries disbursed annually
β’ Legal supplements: Night hours (22:00β06:00): +25% on the base hourly rate
β’ Sundays and public holidays (if included in the schedule): +75% on the base hourly rate
β’ Relocation package: Airfare to Greece, two weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival, airport welcome service, real estate agency fees covered, assistance in finding comfortable and accessible housing
