📋 Description

• Oversee incoming calls to facilitate order processing

• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints

• Optimize sales opportunities while maintaining a patient and respectful demeanor

• Ensure accurate order entry and manage cancellations

• Address questions related to billing and products

• Keep a record of interactions

• Strong customer service orientation with a helpful attitude

• Capability to set expectations and convey information clearly and professionally

• Possess excellent telephone etiquette

• Skilled in asking probing questions and presenting products and services as sales opportunities

• High attention to detail and a meticulous approach, as the role involves order taking and sales

• Effective multitasking abilities

• Must be able to work from home in a quiet environment, free from background noise and interruptions

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong performance history in previous roles
