• Conduct research, address, and reply to inquiries and correspondence through telephone, written, and email communication.
• Inquiries may pertain to contract benefits, eligibility, coverage and plan modifications, payments, claims, prior authorization, appeals, and grievances.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and accurately in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, other departments, and leadership to identify suitable solutions to issues.
• Execute assigned job-related responsibilities as necessary, including participation in special projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferred: College or continuing education courses in communications and/or medical-related areas.
• Two years of experience in navigating multiple computer systems.
• Two years of experience in customer service.
