• Assist in the management and analysis of data across various platforms such as CRM, CX, Support, and communication tools.
• Provide support to CX leadership with operational initiatives, reporting, and projects focused on AI.
• Aid in optimizing workflows and enhancing operational processes.
• Assist with integration and automation efforts utilizing APIs and webhooks.
• Contribute to the development of reporting dashboards and data analysis utilizing SQL and Python.
• Support the design of AI prompts and conversational logic for customer-facing chatbot interactions.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization in a cross-functional manner.
• A keen interest in Customer Experience, Operations, Data Analytics, or AI-driven technologies.
• Basic understanding of SQL and/or Python.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or automation tools is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
