• A bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is preferred; however, an associate degree (AA/AS) is acceptable with 4 to 8 years of pertinent military experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of military aviation experience is required, including roles such as Pilot, Enlisted Aviator, or Aviation Resource Management.
• A solid understanding of aviation operations, workflows, and customer support in a military or operational setting is essential.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting operational or mission-critical systems is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
