Customer Experience Manager

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee the service relationship and strategy for designated customers, ensuring the provision of high-quality service experiences and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in the execution of the annual customer account plan for all designated clients.

• Collaborate with the consulting delivery team to aid in the creation and development of essential consulting deliverables.

• Lead presentations for customer open enrollment.

• Work in conjunction with other members of the consulting delivery team to facilitate the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, while supporting customer education and enablement regarding these updates.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to sales, data operations, and product, to identify and promote business development and operational improvement opportunities.

• Foster strong relationships with all customers, strategic partners, and internal Bennie collaborators.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in benefit account management, supporting a benefit consulting team with proven success in managing a complex book of business.

• Knowledge of benefits and renewal workflow management is required to effectively service a large client portfolio.

• Possession of a Life & Health Producer’s License.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
