This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more states.
• Create and present advanced technical sessions, including webinars, live builds, architecture deep dives, and workshops.
• Develop enablement series tailored to customer maturity stages, such as secure SDLC, supply chain hardening, and container governance.
• Design repeatable technical learning paths to enhance adoption beyond the onboarding phase.
• Establish scalable PoC frameworks and define technical success criteria along with evaluation benchmarks.
• Convert Docker capabilities into applicable architectural patterns.
• Facilitate targeted 1:1 customer workshops or guided PoCs for complex or high-value projects as necessary.
• Generate recorded walkthroughs, architecture reference guides, advanced implementation blogs, and reusable demo environments.
• Create technical assets that assist in various customer journey stages and eliminate technical obstacles.
• Identify real-world technical challenges and communicate them to Product and Engineering.
• Act as a subject matter expert for non-support technical inquiries beyond standard documentation.
• Offer architectural advice on secure build pipelines, software supply chain integrity, container security and governance, AI/ML workload governance, and AI agent architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Post-Sales teams to maintain technical continuity without managing deal cycles.
• Dive deep into Docker platform capabilities and pinpoint recurring customer friction patterns.
• Review existing technical assets and identify high-impact scalable enablement themes.
• Initiate repeatable enablement, formalize PoC frameworks, set up advisory-question intake, and provide field-informed feedback.
• Serve as the acknowledged post-sales technical authority and multiplier.
• A minimum of 5 years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar technical positions.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Docker and container ecosystems.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of secure software supply chain practices.
• Strong hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines and modern cloud-native architecture.
• Experience in designing and implementing structured PoCs with clearly defined success criteria.
• Ability to clearly present complex technical subjects to senior engineering audiences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in producing technical blogs or detailed technical content.
