Customer Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of each customer interaction from beginning to end, ensuring clarity, compassion, and confidence throughout the process.

• Address issues with empathy, transforming challenges into positive experiences for customers.

• Utilize tools effectively while maintaining a personal touch in all interactions.

• Provide insights and identify recurring patterns to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Develop expertise in our products to authentically guide customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and resolve issues efficiently in a remote setting while maintaining clear and professional communication.

• Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload).
