• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and resolve issues efficiently in a remote setting while maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload).
• Starting pay of $21/hour, increasing to $22/hour after 90 days.
• Potential performance bonus of up to $1,000/month.
