• Serve as the initial point of contact for users, assisting with everything from onboarding hosts to recommending locations and services to guests.
• Deliver friendly and efficient service across all communication channels (phone, email, live chat, social media, etc.) to ensure Peerspace hosts and guests enjoy a seamless booking experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit self-discipline, maintain productivity, and fulfill job responsibilities within a remote work setting.
• Work independently through a queue of tasks while focusing on process enhancements.
• Recognize and act on opportunities to surprise and delight both our hosts and guests.
• Identify trends and actively participate in proposing suggestions for process and product improvements.
• 1-6 years of experience in Corporate Customer Experience.
• Familiarity with Intercom or a similar CRM platform.
• A strong passion for problem-solving and engaging with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail and grammar.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable seeking additional support when navigating challenging cases.
• Able to prioritize tasks amidst potentially competing demands.
• Quick to learn new technologies.
• Enthusiastic about enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty across various functional areas and diverse regions.
• Possess a sense of humor and enjoy collaborating with others.
• Previous experience in creating online help resources (Nice to Have).
• Analytical skills (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with third-party marketplaces (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) (Nice to Have).
