This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage technical sales processes from initial discovery to final closure.
• Present customized, impactful demonstrations that emphasize business results.
• Convert customer workflows into Federato configurations, including quoting, rating, endorsements, and portfolio optimization.
• Oversee the completion of RFPs and security questionnaires in collaboration with Product and Security teams.
• Create and sustain reusable demo environments that represent target customer segments.
• Generate onboarding materials, configuration libraries, and sample rating logic.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Pre-Sales and Product Marketing to enhance messaging frameworks and technical resources.
• Co-develop and continuously enhance the pre-sales process (discovery, solutioning, handoffs, etc.).
• Contribute to collective team resources such as: Discovery playbooks, Configuration scopes and success criteria templates, Demo setup guides and walkthroughs.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the roadmap aligns with customer challenges.
• Identify and communicate recurring objections and product deficiencies with clarity and context.
• Provide post-sale insights to Implementation and Customer Success teams.
• 6–10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Practical experience in demonstrations, architecture design, and support for enterprise sales.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance domain (or a strong willingness to learn quickly).
• Familiarity with policy lifecycle management, rating, quoting, and underwriting systems.
• Ability to articulate technical value to both executives and practitioners.
• Proficiency in Javascript and SQL.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
