This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Accountable for the installation, upkeep, and repair of equipment.
• Ensure the continuity of customer operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Execute tasks on products and services that are of low complexity.
• Conduct minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment.
• Assist in site preparation as required.
• Foster working relationships with customers and cultivate informal communication channels.
• Carry out periodic preventative maintenance on assigned products.
• Manage all NCR assets utilized in the provision of customer services.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of calls and activities.
• May necessitate extended travel and the ability to transport tools and parts.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Up to one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating systems is required.
• Background in PC Hardware Maintenance and support.
• Strong experience with desktop hardware.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills are essential.
• High mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Strong personal integrity is a must.
