This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the technical onboarding process for premier enterprise retailers and cutting-edge direct-to-consumer brands.
• Offer consultative support to guarantee smooth integration with Narvar’s solutions, enhancing product value and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize customer business needs alongside your expertise in Narvar products to formulate precise and effective technical specifications.
• Design and validate solutions utilizing web technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, with an emphasis on providing seamless customer experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders, whether internal or external, to ensure successful project execution.
• Aid in the development of our global Professional Services team by creating documentation, improving processes, and developing internal tools and training initiatives.
• 3-7+ years of experience in enterprise-level software projects in a technical leadership role.
• Practical experience with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript or similar programming languages.
• Exceptional ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Bonus: Background in iPaaS, retail and e-commerce platforms, order management systems (OMS), inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics is advantageous.
