📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new enterprise clients, assisting them with initial configurations and resolving any issues as they start utilizing the LangSmith platform.

• Design and conduct live, interactive training workshops aimed at equipping customer teams with essential product knowledge and best practices in agent engineering.

• Create scalable enablement frameworks that encompass technical tutorials, best-practice documentation, and reference implementations.

• Represent the perspective of new users by gathering feedback and pinpointing friction areas to guide the product development roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Deployed Engineering, and Professional Services to establish enablement strategies for potential customers, showcasing the benefits and simplicity of initiating their journey with LangChain.

• Remain updated on industry trends in agent engineering to identify emerging patterns and swiftly integrate insights into customer enablement resources.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-oriented position such as Enablement, Customer Success Engineer, Developer Advocate, or a related field.

• Demonstrated software engineering expertise with at least 2 years dedicated to AI/ML applications or agents, including strong proficiency in Python and a comprehensive understanding of the contemporary AI/LLM ecosystem.

• A genuine passion for educating users on technical subjects and a profound empathy for the developer experience.

• Proven track record in creating and delivering high-quality technical training programs, featuring live workshops, written tutorials, documentation, and video content.

• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to varied audiences, ranging from individual developers to enterprise stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous setting while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer engagements.
