
Customer Engagement Representative – National Business Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Make outbound calls to both potential and current customers, primarily targeting leads generated from manufacturer partners, Almo E4 events or other conferences, direct inquiries from end-users or ALMO resellers, as well as campaigns/promotions initiated by ALMO.
• Clearly communicate ALMO's value proposition and offerings while effectively addressing objections from prospects.
• Use email to send and receive information regarding account setup, create meeting invitations, and manage other communications.
• Engage in video meetings and training sessions.
• Gather information from customers and prospects, and maintain activity logs in SalesForce and/or other CRM systems to illustrate successful engagement pipeline progress and metrics.
• Establish strong relationships with customers through phone and email interactions to understand their goals and foster engagement aimed at building long-term partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others toward a specific objective or course of action.
• Exhibits self-direction, initiative, trust-building, active listening, resilience against challenges, and the ability to overcome resistance.
• Shows a strong passion for success and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in sales or sales administration is preferred.
• Experience in the AV industry is a significant advantage, although not mandatory.
• Proven history of being customer-focused and initiating engagement with prospects/customers.
• Ability to network within customer organizations to identify key influencers and decision-makers.
• Capable of multitasking and exceeding customer expectations for responsiveness.
• Strong analytical skills and critical decision-making abilities.
