• Collaborate with the designated Territory Manager on sales initiatives to optimize revenue from assigned accounts.
• Respond to incoming calls from assigned accounts to process sales orders and address customer service inquiries.
• Make proactive calls to existing accounts to enhance sales revenue and foster customer loyalty.
• Assist accounts in researching and procuring both stocked and non-stocked items from Animal Health and manufacturer partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with purchasers and utilizing reference materials as necessary to support accounts.
• Manage order processing for the assigned territory.
• Track backorder status for accounts.
• An Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology or a bachelor’s degree in an animal health-related field, or an equivalent agricultural degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or 2 or more years of progressively responsible experience in an animal health call center environment is preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling, and administering products.
