This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute pilot programs — define success metrics, foster engagement, and establish a pathway to conversion.
• Take ownership of onboarding and implementation — create launch strategies, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist teams in quickly realizing value.
• Promote product utilization — educate and empower customers on Wispr, sharing best practices that enhance their daily operations.
• Cultivate customer relationships — build trust with champions, administrators, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate expansion — analyze teams, use cases, and value narratives, then collaborate with Account Executives on growth prospects.
• Conduct check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews — reinforce value, identify obstacles, and align on subsequent steps for adoption and growth.
• Return insights to Wispr — communicate customer trends, adoption challenges, product feedback, and signals for expansion.
• Minimum of 2 years in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles within B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing pilots, onboarding processes, or engagements for enterprise clients.
• Strongly customer-focused, with the ability to tailor your approach to match each customer’s objectives and environment.
• Excellent product knowledge, enabling you to present new products as straightforward and valuable.
• Bring enthusiasm, confidence, and a commanding presence in customer interactions.
• Proficient in driving adoption through customer discussions, usage indicators, and repeatable best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with Account Executives on expansion, renewal, and procurement discussions.
