• Revamp the Onboarding Model
• Lead and Develop the Implementation Team
• Establish a Scalable Enablement Engine
• Develop Training Materials That Replace In-Person Training
• Utilize AI and Automation

• Foster Cross-Functional Partnerships
• 5–10+ years of experience in SaaS, particularly in onboarding, customer success operations, enablement, or product-led growth
• Experience in team management, ideally within implementation, onboarding, or customer success
• Demonstrated success in enhancing onboarding efficiency or scaling delivery models
• Strong systems-oriented mindset
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize workflows
• Background in creating customer-facing training materials (video, LMS, guides) with a focus on scalability
• Data-driven approach with the capability to measure and enhance outcomes
• Builder mentality
• Excellent cross-functional collaborator who can influence without direct authority
• Bonus: familiarity with LMS platforms (Skilljar preferred) and in-product onboarding tools
