This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct training sessions, onboarding initiatives, and cohort-based workshops tailored for enterprise clients.
• Take charge of customer onboarding from the initial login to complete adoption.
• Simplify technical workflows into clear, actionable steps for marketing and content teams.
• Develop and sustain enablement playbooks to enhance customer success.
• Assist with inbound marketing operations, which include CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting (using HubSpot or similar tools).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO and content enablement initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, customer success, or product enablement.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading client-facing training sessions, onboarding, or workshops.
• Strong background in SEO and content creation.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
