This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage workflows for a network of higher education partners, ensuring deliverables are met and proactively mitigating risks.
• Assist in the configuration of mentoring programs on the Mentor Collective platform, aligning with institutional objectives, matching criteria, and customized user roles.
• Create and customize surveys, communication templates, and other essential materials.
• Guide clients in participant data collection, spreadsheet organization, and system validation.
• Conduct quality assurance checks prior to the program's launch.
• Manage participant matching processes and readiness for the implementation phase.
• Lead orientation calls and platform demonstrations for administrators and staff.
• Contribute to the development of user guides, launch kits, and self-service resources for customers.
• Act as a responsive contact for customer inquiries.
• Utilize AI, automation, and internal software tools to enhance administrative efficiency.
• Collaborate with Partner Support, Account Executives, Product and Engineering teams, as well as Customer Success Managers.
• Identify repetitive tasks, propose workflow enhancements, and refine playbooks and customer resources.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• This is an entry-level position; 0–2 years of experience is preferred.
• Relevant internships, campus leadership roles, or customer service experience are advantageous.
• Must be curious and highly adaptable; capable of quickly learning new software and implementing feedback.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities are essential.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Comfortable presenting via Zoom and guiding clients through complex processes.
• A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and takes responsibility for resolving issues.
• Strong logical reasoning and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
• Interest in educational technology, software workflows, AI tools, and higher education is preferred.
