This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collect and compile customer information from CRM systems, project management platforms, customer success tools, support ticketing systems, and databases.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data through processes of cleaning, validation, and transformation.
• Develop and sustain data pipelines and data models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations concerning customer behavior, service utilization, project results, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization methods to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Analyze Professional Services KPIs, which include project profitability, service delivery efficiency, customer adoption rates, time-to-value, and customer retention.
• Identify areas for process enhancement, service optimization, and improved customer engagement.
• Create and produce both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Present data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to Professional Services leadership and team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish reporting requirements.
• Maintain thorough documentation for data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Partner with Professional Services leadership to outline data-driven strategies and objectives.
• Assist project teams and consultants with data analysis for project planning, execution, and risk management.
• Work alongside Customer Project Managers to recognize at-risk customers and opportunities for proactive engagement.
• Contribute to enhancing data literacy within the Professional Services team.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis position, preferably in Professional Services, SaaS, or a technology-centric organization.
• Capability to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from diverse sources.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Heavy.ai.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero.
• Solid grasp of statistical concepts and methodologies.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A background check is required.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques is advantageous.
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines using ETL tools is preferred.
• Certifications in relevant data analysis or business intelligence tools are desirable.
