Customer Consultant, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Engaging with subscribers via chat and phone.

• Providing assistance with payment-related inquiries.

• Resolving issues related to streaming and content.

• Supporting subscribers with navigation and how-to inquiries on Netflix.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills in German.

• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in customer care.

• General knowledge of the online marketing products and services being supported.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Possession of an EU Passport.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
