Customer Consultant – Finance & Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to employees on subjects such as Financial Wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning, and personal finance matters.

• Act as a contact point through various channels (phone, email, digital) to ensure a superior customer experience.

• Independently manage customer inquiries – from initial consultation to final implementation.

• Clearly explain complex subjects in a manner tailored to the audience's needs.

• Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of services and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory roles, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service.

• Have a passion for engaging with people and providing advisory assistance.

• Be structured, independent, and solution-focused, with excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Show confidence in using digital tools, CRM systems, and contemporary communication channels.
