This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Engage with customers to address and resolve their issues and inquiries;
• Communicate problems to relevant teams, including account managers, technical specialists, and developers;
• Oversee and track the resolution process, gathering feedback from both clients and associated teams.
• Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level);
• Ability to remain composed under pressure;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs;
• Strong desire for learning and personal growth;
• A proactive, energetic mindset with the ability to adapt to rotating shifts: morning (9:00 - 18:00), evening (13:00 - 22:00), and night shifts (22:00 - 7:00);
• Previous experience in customer service;
• Prior experience working night shifts.
