Customer Care Specialist 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Nordstrom, delivering exceptional service to customers.

• Address and resolve customer service inquiries and concerns through incoming phone communications.

• Offer essential service and product information to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Process orders and input data into the order entry system via incoming phone calls.

• Monitor customer packages.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service-oriented setting, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred).

• Capability to adhere to Nordstrom and Nordstrom Customer CARE Work from Home Guidelines and expectations.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and show a high level of urgency.

• Proficiency in computer systems and resolving issues with minimal guidance.

• Willingness to maintain a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with mandatory overtime as business demands; flexibility is essential during peak periods.

• A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace.

• Capability to work the entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and activating the camera when requested by leadership.

• Access to wired, high-speed internet.

• Modem or router equipped with an Ethernet port; thin client must connect directly.

• No reliance on cellular-based, satellite, or Wi-Fi internet.
