This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
β’ Manage incoming interactions for prominent brands, helping customers with inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product assistance.
β’ Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

β’ High school diploma or GED is required.
β’ Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States.
β’ U.S. residency is required (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
β’ Ability to adhere to detailed processes and achieve performance goals.
β’ Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
β’ Proficient in navigating computer applications and online tools.
β’ Capable of working independently while remaining accountable to schedules.
β’ Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
β’ Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments is advantageous.
