This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking to address and resolve customer inquiries
• Respond to incoming phone inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Offer tier one support for digital banking services
• Assist customers with inquiries related to debit card services
• Handle customer inquiries with precision and efficiency
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers at all times
• Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to guarantee an outstanding customer experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in customer service, specifically in an Inbound Call Center environment
• Background in financial services
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong customer service abilities, including verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to handle confidential information professionally
• Willingness to adjust working hours as needed
